On Friday October 4th, 2024, I met with students from various universities at an ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) conference at the Sonesta Philadelphia Rittenhouse Square Hotel. During my time there, I spoke with the students about our program and our mission statement. I also discussed the various types of clientele we service and how many of this clientele come into our program with nothing but the clothes on their backs. In my conclusion, I thanked the students and administrators for the donation. Afterwards, the students paired up and packed over 100 “comfort kits” which included deodorant, socks, toothpaste, and other assorted toiletry items. ​
